My Crazy for Cards...Cards

Today I hosted my semi-annual Crazy for Cards (a.k.a. 25 for $25) workshop, where customers create 5 cards of 5 different designs. There were only three ladies in attendance, but we had so much fun!!

I thought I'd share my projects with you tonight.  I tried to keep a few things in mind when designing my cards.  First, since we were making so many, I tried to design cards that would be fairly simple to do (though this is debatable...lol)  Second, neutral enough so not to be too girly.  And third, try to include some fun techniques and/or trends.  I think I managed to do these things.  What do you think?

Here's card number 1...
Inspired from this weeks' Mojo Monday's Sketch #230.  This was actually my last card to design and I really struggled, even after settling on the sketch.

Card 2...
Inspired by a card I saw on Pintrest and the color challenge at CR84FN (though I didn't enter since it wasn't my design).

Card 3...
Inspired by the Sentiment Secured pattern on page 78 of the CTMH Wishes How-to Book.

Card 4...
Also inspired by a card I saw on Pintrest, but originally created by Amber of Damask Love Blog.

If you look closely, you can see random spots where I glued Prisma Glitter.  It's much prettier in person.  The dot border is from the Magnifique Workshop-on-the-Go stamp set, which is unfortunately no longer available).

And Card 5...
Inspired by a card that I saw somewhere, by someone, but can't find it now to properly give credit. :(  I do remember, though, how stunning I thought the simple kraft cardstock and black ink looked.
This card uses CTMH Sheer Organdy Ribbon that is retired.

Secondly, you are such an inspiration to me. Thank you for having this blog and posting such wonderful work. :-)
